Yoobin Kim

Hi, I’m Yoobin, a current UNSW student studying Actuarial Studies and Computer Science. Having recently completed high school at James Ruse, I understand exactly what it takes to succeed in the HSC and how overwhelming maths and physics can feel when concepts start to build up.

I offer tutoring for Mathematics (Years 7–12, including Advanced and Extension I) and Physics, with lessons tailored to each student’s learning style, pace, and goals. My approach focuses on building strong foundational understanding first, then developing the speed, problem-solving ability, and exam techniques needed to achieve top results.

What makes my tutoring different is that I don’t just teach content, I teach students how to think. In subjects like maths and physics, success comes from pattern recognition, logical reasoning, and confidence under exam pressure.
