🐞🐞 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘❗ I am currently accepting a limited number of year 11 & 12 students only, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀, but for 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 of past paper responses (mathematics, physics & chemistry) in preparation for upcoming trials exams and the HSC.

I passionately believe that at least 30% of your achievement in exams comes from exam technique, rather than knowledge of content. By the end of the year, all of your peers have sufficient knowledge to perform well. Exam expertise is therefore your secret weapon to excel. My marking will include valuable feedback and suggestions, including effective mark breakdown, improved working out/wording, answer structure, and many more tips to help your exam marks reflect your true understanding.

Heya! I’m Selina Ma, a 2025 graduate from James Ruse, and I’d like to be your HSC big sis!

As a student, I was often frustrated by the immense amount of hand-waving and ‘just accept it’ woven into my study materials. As a result, I dedicated much of my study to inquiring about, researching, and understanding every underlying concept and oversimplified mechanism that I could. The result? Well, look above.

As a tutor, I offer you this extensive understanding, minus the hours of labour. And if I don’t have the answers at hand, I’ll bring the same dedication I employed during my HSC to attain those answers you’re looking for.

On top of that, my focus on exam technique has never failed me throughout year 12, and this unique toolbox of exclusive tips and oddly specific strategies will now be yours to equip.

Finally, I care. Genuinely. I spend anywhere from 30 min to several hours on prep before every lesson, depending on your needs, and if you send me questions throughout the week that require minimal explanation, I’ll simply answer them outside of our lessons.
